Yeeeeessssssssssss. This is amazing and the ending is perfect now!

This is still so heartbreaking:
He doesn’t know if that’s real, can’t trust it. They say all kinds of things. But he wants to trust it. It sounds like Dean. And Dean is good, Dean is safe.

Except when he’s not.

Gah! Poor babe. *gives Sam all my blankets (okay, all but one... or maybe two... I need a few...)*

I just want to hug both of these boys. They're honestly doing the best the can with what shitty lots life has given them.

I just discovered this verse and it is SO amazing. Sam is so broken, and the times that he knows it are heartbreaking. And Dean- how absolutely exhausted but....

I'm really enjoying exploring the dynamics of this relationship, with them figuring out how to function in this new existence. And you're right about Dean. He tries so hard to help his brother, even when it takes a lot out of him, too. Glad you liked it.
