In-fighting between co-workers. Everyone seems to be screaming at everyone else, and no one is bothering to listen to the fact that they all have the same issue, with the same exact thing, and if they'd just pay attention to one another it'd be resolved.

I can see it, but I'm also not "allowed" to input anything, because I'm just the kid admin-assistant who doesn't know what she's talking about.

So in other words, it's frustrating.
