I kind of disappeared from LJ...it happens. Tumblr moves a lot more quickly and my life's been kind of weird the past several months. So here's a quick rundown:

Isn't it rad? :D Most of the animals here are dogs (we're at twelve that are here every day, fourteen on occasion), but they have no problem with cats. Which is a lifesaver, really. I got her a little younger than I was comfortable with (my sister was overloaded--nine kittens from one litter) and I couldn't stand the idea of leaving her alone at the house for ten to twelve hours a day.

I'm so, SO sorry for the lack of updates. :/ I am terrible about the scheduling, I know. Which...I justify by saying I never meant it to be any kind of paying job, just a thing I do when I have the time, but I still feel bad for the wonderful people waiting for updates. The next page is almost complete, though, I swear. XD

A very strange one. XD We're a...hard to describe company. Kind of fine arts meets construction sort of deal. It's locally owned/operated, and the owners have the most animals, so I guess it makes sense that they'd be OK with it.

Basically that. As much as a part of me feels it's a cop out. <3 How'd the move work out?

I'm going to conclude that this is a post of happiness, because there is work that you enjoy (although I will miss the gifs of complaint...), you actually get to exercise your fabulous artistic talent, and from what you say, I'm thinking it can only help you grow, aaaand, you have an adorable kitty that I want to kidnap from you and squish in a never-ending hug of love.
