Last night there was a party in New York City celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the release of the Wizard of Oz, and showcasing the “Ruby Slipper Collection" -- different designers’ versions of the ruby slippers, which are being auctioned off to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
