I am teaching a class at Writopia this week - Writopia is an amazing program, founded by the amazing Rebecca Wallace-Segall, which offers writing workshops for kids aged 8-18.  By the end of the week, the four girls in my class will have each written a complete, polished story (at least, that’s the goal - and they are close to realizing it).  I

Hi Courtney,
That sounds awesome! I just spent the morning at the PEN American Center's summer writing program (which rocks). It is so cool to talk to teens who are into writing and to be reminded how cool they are and how lucky we are to be able to do this.
