Well, this has been in the making pretty much since I joined the Army, and I finally got myself started on it on Monday.  I have now gotten into...Body Building.  I've been going to the gym now for about a month, but with no real direction.  Then me and and friend got this Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building.  So now we both

I don't know if Mr. Schwarzenegger's book mentions this, but make sure you delve extensively into stretching, too. Muscle gain without enough full-entension stretching can possibly lead to problems down the road that my mind sucks too much to specifically recall. But flexibility is good!
