I've heard that this... Christmas... is some sort of gift-giving holiday?

What sort of gifts should I be trying to give?

Anything you want to give! If it's from the heart, theoretically that's what counts.

But generally you wanna give 'em something you think they'd like.

Oh really? And... who do you usually give gifts to?

Family. Friends. Heck, you could give 'em to complete strangers if you wanted.

It's the season of giving and all that.

Christmas is about the spirit of giving to others. Anything will do for a gift, as long as there was thought or feelings put in it. I'm making ornaments out of seashells for everyone. [She left from the feed's view for a moment before returning to show a snowman made from shells.]

Oh, how cute! If you can make the gifts, that'll be much easier.

I can't say I've ever heard of it!
But a holiday that involves the exchanging of purresents sounds wonderful.

[ Upon noticing that Mrs. Brisby is having issues with her text message, the Disciple quickly fumbles with her SFC, turning on her own camera. ]

Ah, my apawlogies! Purrhaps this will be a more convenient way to communicate.

I had nefur heard of Christmas until my arrival here, but I find the concept of it to be quite purrleasant!

[PHEW]

I-I'm sorry, I'm still learning how to read...

I think I've seen the farmers celebrating it, as they had some very strange lights on their house, but I never really knew what it was.

It depends on the person. If you are really close it can be a gift from the heart, something meaningful and precious.

What kind of gift would you think that would be?

It depends on the person you are planning to give it to.

Well, does it have to be themed for the occasion?

Anything you want! To make it easier, maybe you should pretend it's like everyone's having a birthday at once?

I suppose that makes sense! Certainly a lot more sense than anything else. Thank you, John, dear.

Shopping? Now I certainly don't know what that means.
