Round #07 - Themes
FINALLY - Oy! This was ready TWO DAYS AGO, but at least I can post them now that livejournal is done being drunk ;) Hope the themes are okay, guys <3
REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A SPECIAL ROUND & YOU CAN GO CRAZY AND ICON AS MANY COUPLES AS YOU'D LIKE FROM YOUR CHOSEN FANDOM.
ROUND RULES:
» Icons must be made originally for this challenge, no prior work may be submitted.
» All work must be your own, not someone else's. Stealing is not cool D:
» Your icons CAN include nudity or swearing if you wish (R-Rated stuff is fine here), but please leave a warning at the top of your post so people can steer clear if they want :)
» Icons must fit the livejournal standard. under 40kb, 100x100px and in either .png, .gif or .jpg file format.
» Animation is NOT allowed.
» When posting the finished 20 please leave 3 icon teasers examples and a link to the icon post or lj-cut.
» Don't submit your icons to this post.
» The icon post must be unlocked.
» All entries are moderated which means that we have to accept the entry before it's made visible to the public.

» All 20 icons are (tentatively!) due on June 7, 11:59pm. OMG, It's almost June already O__o
PLEASE TRY TO COMMENT ON EVERYONE'S ENTRIES and leave them positive feedback - it really only takes a few second to tell someone they did a good job :) Thank you SO MUCH to the members who do so on a regular basis... I've noticed there are really only a few of you, and you have no idea how much I appreciate it!
Please note that both characters of your couple DO NOT have to be in every icon together, but at least try to include both people in at least half of your icons. Otherwise it wouldn't be much fun ;)
ALL THEMES ARE ALWAYS OPEN TO YOUR OWN INTERPRETATION. I'm well aware that not every couple/claim has experienced the same things, so if you can't find any image/scene suited for one of the themes, feel free to think outside the box! For example, if 'Kiss' was the theme, and your couple has never had the pleasure, feel free to icon them close together as if wanting to kiss, or use text like 'I want to kiss you,' or song lyrics with the word kiss in them. It's all up to you! Have fun and be creative :)
THEMES/PROMPTS
1. Movement: I'd like you to capture a moment of movement in your icon, almost as if you paused your couple in the middle of doing something action-wise. They could be doing anything - dancing, fighting, running, jumping, or even simply flipping their hair around :) Some gorgeous examples for better explanation and/or inspiration:

2. Simple: Just create a simple, no frills icon :) Don't use any vibrant colors, no visible textures, no text.
3. Red & White: Your icon must focus ONLY on the colors red and white. You can have other colors in the icon if you want as long as the red and white is what stands out. Some gorgeous examples:

4. Scenery: I want to see a gorgeous landscape in this icon :) Your couple in the green forest, in the water, against the shining sun or sky.. basically anything outside with a lovely view.
5. Couples20in20: You can icon any couple from your fandom you want, doing anything you want, as long as the words 'couples20in20' are included :) The one you guys choose will become the comm's new default icon permanently.
6. Sensual: Icon a couple sharing a moment of sensuality together. Of course, what YOU define as sensual is COMPLETELY UP TO YOU. It can (but does not have to) include some nudity if you want. It could be a moment from a love scene, or something as innocent as a twosome sharing a moment of closeness. Again, some lovely examples to help inspire :)

7. 'Couple' Study: Got this idea from the amazing Heather (setentpet) - Take your favorite couple from your chosen fandom (it does not have to be a romantic couple!) and make an icon of them which describes WHY they're your favorite, or WHAT you love about them together. Could be a moment that shows off their devotion to one another, their shared humor, the strength of their bond or connection, anything you want!
8. Book Title: This one's easy :) Your icon must feature ANY book title somewhere in it. Could be the focus of the icon, or somewhere in small print - as long as the title can be read and is visible. You can pick your favorite childhood book, or a literary masterpiece.. but the trick will be to pick a book title that will relate somehow to a couple from your fandom ;)
9. Random Fandom!: This one's all for fun :) You must make an icon of any couple from the random fandom assigned to you below.. the list of fandoms is random and was determined by the order you signed up with. I only chose fandoms that the amazing grande_caps has available, so that I could provide you all with the links to screencap galleries in case you're not familiar with your fandom :) You do NOT have to pick from just these galleries (some are not complete, season wise) I just thought it would be a good starting point if you don't know where to look <3 I hope everyone's okay with this theme, I just thought it would be fun to challenge ourselves a bit and maybe open some eyes to new fandoms!
10. When Things Explode: Time to get a little dark ;) Icon a moment of things coming to a head between a couple, a moment of intense anger or jealousy or passion... basically any type of emotional 'explosion' you feel after either listening to the amazing UNKLE song or reading its lyrics. You can read the lyrics here, and I've also uploaded the song for you to listen to if you want here.
Category Set - Film Genres. You must make icons FROM YOUR FANDOM depicting five of our favorite movie themes :) Action, Horror, Romance, Drama, Comedy. Your category set has to consist of 1 icon for each theme, BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO STICK TO COUPLES IN YOUR CHOSEN FANDOM! (sorry if I forgot to make that clear the first time O__o.. that's what I get for putting this up at 5 am!)
