Age: born in 1844 and taken after the Ikedaya incident in 1864 so ... 20, roughly!
Height: Av ... erage-ish? He's shorter than Tatsunosuke and Sanosuke, but Sanosuke doesn't count due to being FREAKISHLY TALL.
Medical Info: Relatively healthy! He's got a few scars from battles, but overall, he's in good health. Unlike some people.
Physical traits: ... haha, my icons. Despite what some of them may tell you, he has a scar on his forehead, a la this icon. I'm just. Not going to go through and photoshop it onto most of my Imon icons. Other than that, not much is really noticeable about him!
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Here's where it gets tricky. The Shinsengumi actually existed, and Toudou Heisuke was a real person! So he's recognizable by name at least (even if the manga itself is not exactly historically accurate). Feel free to recognize him either from his series or because his name is "Toudou"!
Abilities: Considering he's a captain in the Shinsengumi, I'd say he's quite good with a sword! Not up at Okita or Shinpachi's level by any means, but he's still considered to be quite good.
He's also shown that he can be rike ninja and sneak up on unsuspecting people with a knife. I. Yes.
Notes for the Psychics: His surface thoughts are probably far from being serious, but if you dig a bit deeper, it's likely that he's actually, you know, thinking about things like duty and whatnot. Ask me!

Maim/Murder/Death: As always, ask! I mean, Shinsengumi, so I have no problems with fights and injuries, but I'd rather avoid death for now since that could be problematic.
