He dematerialized to prove it. He's a shade. He's not lying about that. And it's unlikely he'd just make up what he told you.

Set hated his brother in mythology, not necessarily anyone else. I don't feel very comfortable thinking about his background, but he seems to like you regardless. And you know if you got hurt, I wouldn't stand for it.

You'd be interacting more closely with him than I would be, though. Do you feel comfortable enough around him despite what he told you?

Oh. The mythological bit is perfectly fine. If the spirits and shades we've known are any indication, I'm beginning to think that world religion is nothing but glorified tabloid journalism. And he's much kinder than Poe ever was...
