Siblings can be a pain. I just spent a week with my 38 year old sister who was acting like a pain in the ass. Which kinda hurt as I only see her 1x a year or so and would have enjoyed hanging out with her. But I am proud of her and love her as a sister and as a friend in the long run. But we were in our 20s before we started acting better with each other.
:D And today or tomorrow I'm going to get some new clothes for it, yaaay!
I'm sorry your sister was being a jerk, that blows :/ My brothers always either fight with me or each other whenever I'm visiting--did I tell you about the time I was visiting for the first time and they started a screaming match in the restaurant where we were having J's and my birthday dinner, culminating in J storming out and me having to be the adult who put up with him rather than, say, Dad? They say I'm dramatic, but the two of them really take the cake.
My one brother at least said something on Facebook to one of my status updates, it's better than the other one who I said something to directly and got no response back. Sometimes I think he just wouldn't know how to think of anyone but himself if his life depended on it :/
