Okay so the good thing about being home with cable television? I watched Criminal Minds, Top Chef, CSI, and Shark all in wonderful picture quality at air time. Srsly.

Jas and I bond over the weirdest shit sometimes.

Why is it that the episode after he died she hardly mentioned him but now all of a sudden there's at least one moment every ten minutes of "My Father Sam" or "OMG I AM SO TRAGIC BECAUSE OF MY DEAD FATHER" but she's totally over being roofie'd and striped (so what "nothing" happened, I'd still be freaking the fuck out) and being hit by a car and her daughter being kidnapped? I mean. Catherine's never been a particularly wonderful character, but that doesn't even seem near the realm of "characterization," just firmly rooted in "shit writing." CSI: NY is so much better and omg teh hotness, the accents, the yum!
