Mod Announcement: Original Characters are now accepted!

Hello beautiful Countingites! Mod Squad here, just wanting to thank you all for the awesome ride so far here at counted_stars  and also give a very big announcement!

Based on your responses to the OC poll a few months ago, the mods have decided to go ahead and allow applications for original characters, starting this week.

There are, however, some stipulations:
