I don't know about you, but I'm the kind of guy who can't read a book from start to finish without getting bored and starting another one and then getting bored of that one and starting yet another one. At any given time I am usually in the middle of at least 5 books and I like to keep them in separate locations to save myself the indignity of ( Read more... )

I do not ever forget about Sherlock Holmes! I think about him nearly as often as I do Attenborough, which is constantly. I think we don't read him often enough because reading out loud is too much work.

I would like it to be acknowledged that almost all of the books were given to you by me (Sherlock Holmes, Bird Book, Percy) or are mine/live at my house (People's History, 100 Years of Solitude, Birds, Beasts...yes that was for me, and Villa Incognito, also a gift for me.)

In fact, I did acknowledge that some of the books live at your house. For the life of me I cannot remember the origin of "Birds Beasts and Relatives". Know Knew Books?

One Hundred Years of Solitude is my least favorite book EVER!!! Or at least one of my top five.
