Because I'm sure you're all desperate to see them, here are the photos from last weekend's Nerdstravaganza. Since there are so many, I've separated them into two days. All photos property of better_late24.

Be sure you're wearing long pants. And closed toed shoes. And knee pads. And possibly a helmet.

You could seriously spend all day in there. These photos don't even show half of what we did and we only managed about 25% of the place.

BE SURE YOU HAVE A SNAZZY BUBBLE WRAP BOW TIE.

OKAY. Now that I've seen WHAT a City Museum is I can work out why your knees are all screwed. Also, I think I need a place like that.

It is the most magically painful place on earth!

At one point we all decided it would be a GREAT idea to go one after another down a slide which we pretty much all got stuck in. I have Clara's footprints in bruise form on my lower back.

You were very kind, enduring the tent. Planks! Drunks! The heat pump! HEAT! Sirens! Car alarms! I probably snored at some point!

Let's never speak of that experience again. What with ALL THE FUN WE HAD.

Look, how many people do you know who've gone GHETTO CAMPING?

WE'RE TREND SETTERS.

It's funny, but the heat didn't bother me so much as the CRIPPLING BACK PAIN.

And the car alarms. And the drunks shouting. And the apparent molesting you in my sleep for solace.
