It's Godwin's Law: as any discussion of politics (especially eugenics) continues, the probability of mentioning Nazis approaches 1.

Normally true, but this is 23/6: "most of the news, some of the time." They deal in hyperbole and wanton speculation, not facts, sort of like O'Reilly.
