Hey there, new people! I'm Guy Cecil; Meryl Stryfe, Buffy Summers, Zack Fair and I all run the Good Spirits bar in the plaza, just so you know. True, but I was referring more to social deviants. Although I suppose they'd be in the minority anyway, and disturbances should be dealt with accordingly regardless.
