Not where you're from, but where I'm from, we've got all kinds of spells. Healing magic, magic we can use to attack...all kinds of stuff.

It definitely wasn't when I headed out there. And I don't think it's changed much since.

We usually go to the hospital or other on call areas for such treatment...

Yeah, but if you're out in the field or if you're gonna bleed out in a fight? A lot of the time we're out of reach of any hospital or medical care and have to take care of it ourselves. [Hence the magic. He's got no medical training, you know.]

I can understand that ... I had a few soldiers under my command while I was Viceroy of Area 11.
