So, we got a literal dusting of snow last night - really like an eighth of an inch, not a shovelable amount and the guy who lives upstairs sent a self-righteous email out that he'd 'shoveled' (Jef left me a voice mail in which he said, "Dude, get a broom." which really would've been the appropriate tool for the snow) and that it was our downstairs
