hrm. i guess its been too long since i've been near a scrotum because i'm not seeing it. he certainly doesnt look like a ball-chin-ian either.

ok, this comment made me laugh probably more than it should have - especially the "ball-chin-ian" part because i know exactly what you mean! it's more the bare skin on his muzzle that is scrotum-y. most dogs have fur there so you can't really see the skin underneath but apparently their muzzle skin is very similar to scrotum skin.

(it was meant to be funny!) and what the hell movie was ball-chin-ian from? i REMEMBER exactly what the alien looked like, but i cant remember the damn name of the movie.
