LiveJournal have a some problems with ScrapBook at the moment and you'll be not able to post photos via application :(
I'm trying to do something with it, so I'll update all of you when situation will changes.

Oh, I was trying to post today using the app, I took a text message, then restored to resume my message. Then after I was ready to post, I changed my icon, went back to the text entry page and it crashed. When I opened it again it had the old restore point, and lost everything I'd entered since. Seriously, what is wrong with the app?
