Is LiveJournal.app v.0.5.5 required?

I know that many of you tired to wait a new version of LiveJournal.app (v.0.6) which will support Friends Page reading and commenting, but I want you to know and be sure that I'm working on it.

I also know that current version have some bugs which may be significant for some users. In case of this, I want to ask - should I release intermediate ( Read more... )

not really. the only problem i had is that when i got a paid account, the app didn't update it. other than that, it's running smoothly.

Actually it is not a bug. You may just sign off and sign in again to update status.

I am finding that many entries are being posted twice, which I find annoying so I would like to see bug fixes asap.

P.S. Actually you may turn Location Detection off and this bug will gone. It may be helpful as temporary solution.

I agree with the first commenter that the double-posts are annoying, and a fix asap would be appreciated. But the temporary fix sounds helpful -- thanks. It might be worth mentioning in the app description in the app store if it isn't already there.

I've not seen any bugs, but if you could tell me what the major ones are I'd be grateful.

But I'm ok to wait until 0.6, I'd much rather have the friends page thing than bug fixes given I can still use the app.

Two most annoying bugs is crashes while sending private messages and entries posted twice in some cases...

Current bugs don't bother me... what I really want is friends pages and the ability to comment. So glad you're working on this - I thought it had been abandoned :/ Hope you come out with the new version soon :)

No, you can be sure - I'm still here and working on it. I'm uses LiveJournal.app every day, so, I'm the first person who interested in development of it :)
