Unfortunately I HAVE to try shoes on. I have oddly shaped feet. And I don't really have time to order and send stuff back and all that. I know I should have started this earlier, but I had someone bringing me shoes from pakistan, but they got the wrong size so I suddenly found myself shoeless.
And, as much as I love that style of shoe, the hard rubber sole is so crappy for traction which I'm a little paranoid about right now :P Especially with the way midwest winters are. We're equally likely to have 60 degrees and sunny as we are -10 and and an inch of ice on the ground >_<

Also, when I can get the shiping in time, I don't actually have enough money to order a couple of shoes in each size. I know I'd get it back when I returned thinsg, but I don't have enough space on my credit card and I can't order anything with my bank card till I get a new one, because my old one did a disappearing act. It's all very pain in my rear and terrible timing.

Tried there. And everywhere else in the mall. And Shoe Carnival. And DSW. They were distinctly lacking. I've yet to try the Penny's outlet, though. I think that'll be on the list for tonight.

Go Vikings :P
