Finally uploaded the first batch of pics for SakuraCon 2009, which includes most of Day 0 and Day 1 (combined) random cosplay (there were too few Day 0 pics to leave in it’s own gallery).

That was a result of me having some fun experimenting in Lightroom. I used the adjustment brush to slightly darken the pic around the eyes.

To blur out the background, I ran a few more passes with the adjustment brush to drop the contrast, sharpness, and clarity, then another pass with the soften skin mode (oddly enough).

I had no idea that how it was going to turn out. ^^

I think they're a long ways off from the epic shots in your interview (BTW - congrats on that XD ), but I'm glad you like them! ^__~
