Hello there!
Although I want to do the cosplay I'll talk about here next year, I thought I could already ask for suggestions on something, since I'm slowly starting to get together ideas, materials (, fellow cosplayers) and such.
This will be about the White Rabbit from Are You Alice? and I hope you can help me a bit.

pic, talk and question here )

help - pattern(s), help - costume(s)

I don't really use patterns myself, what I was taught to do is get a piece of clothing that looks similar enough to what you need to do, tape a bunch of newspaper together, and trace the outline of the clothing onto it (both sides, obviously), then just free-hand the shape of what else needs to be added. Voila, easy pattern to use XD It's a little crazy, but it's always worked for me and I'm pretty inexperienced myself.

well 1st thing I could suggest is if u know to to sew @ an amuture level, you could prob. go to a vintage store or something like Plato's closet and find like a uniform shirt; if you already have a shirt that looks like the pictures, you could rip off the sleeves and sew on the uniform sleeves.

the 2nd thing I could suggest is try buying a code geass uniform sand tweeking it abit...but that's only if you have the money...

I'll try and see if there's anything else I can find :3
