I'm pretty sure that the pattern does not come with lining instructions. That said, lining is pretty easy. Just make the same pattern for the inside that you would on the outside and attach the two (although sometimes you leave out the sleeves...) (I usually hem the outside first, then fold the lining when attaching so that it's slightly smaller. There may be other, easier methods, but this works for me!)

We found a blue we like in Monece Satin, but I'm worried that the coat won't look correct if we use two light weight fabrics. We would need to put something in between the outside and lining?
I concur with mutive. That's the pattern I default to a lot for coats. Just be warned it's a men's sized coat; if you are a woman, even the extra small can be kind of full in the chest.
I generally ignore the lining instructions because they confuse me. I cut out the same pattern pieces in lining fabric and attach the two together. I serge both ends as one and hem it just like that. It makes my life easier than trying to figure out how to properly put lining in.
