Hi. :) I stumbled upon this fic while browsing through death_eyes.

As a Naomi fan, I have to say that these fics are well-written and nice It's refreshing to see a Naomi fic, considering that minor characters in DN don't seem to get that much fanfics written about them.

In the first fic, I liked the comparison between New Year's Day 2003 and 2004. It highlighted the irony of the situation - Naomi and Raye aren't on duty, but they will never be able to celebrate the New Year together because of Raye's untimely demise.

As for the second fic, I liked how you told Naomi and Light's meeting from Naomi's perspective. It's as if you placed yourself in her shoes and provided depth as to why she eventually placed her trust in Light.

To sum things up, good work! :) I hope to read more of your fics.

Oh, and by the way, I agree that the movie didn't do Naomi justice. Movie!Naomi was irrational and rather impulsive.
