Instant mashed potatoes

This recipe takes about 10 minutes,... maybe less. I refer to it as "instant" not because it takes no time to produce but because the process of mashing the potatoes is instantaneous.

Your choice of potatoes might be important. One of the red skinned varieties or a golden variety might be best (I used Klondike Golddust) as I suspect a baking ( Read more... )
