Poor Cas. It's always the really strong ones who crack like that when they're sick. But to me, it's an indication of how safe and loved he feels deep inside, even if the sick is making him feel lost and little.
Dean! He's the best! He's such a rock, and strong enough to stay cool and calm and steady when the love of his life is in pain and losing it bad. *Hugs them all*

This is a new arc I have planned for Cas, where he has to really deal with what he left back East: and not just his Dad's death. And I'm glad you feel he's loved! I always wanted Cas to know the difference, coming from his background. He's feeling off and sick and insecure, but he still knows the Winchesters have his back. :)
And my fave Dean is a Dean taking care of everyone...and where I think he's at his best. IMHO, he likes it, and he's great at it. The fact that he's insanely hot is a bonus. :D
