Busy month so far.

Managed to wreck myself at boxing, not entirely sure what I did but my sternum was very inflamed and very unhappy. Lived off chia shakes for a while and had to take a week off boxing, so when I got back into it I tried to make up for lost time and went nuts on my cardio and strap rows. BOOM. Take care of yourself! I'd say eat chocolate, but apparently that didn't go over well. Also, watching that strap row vid, all I could imagine is me slipping and splitting my skull open, haha /o\

Take care of yourself! Fitness related injuries are the worst - I always feel awful when I have to take time off, yet throwing myself right back to where I was before always ends in tears.

And good luck with the new job, that sounds pretty darn cool. ♥

Be safe! I hope you heal up properly and don't have any new injuries when you go back. And aslo, congrats on the position! Besides the injury thing, it sounds like life is moving in an awesome direction!
