Wonderful chapter! I really like how light-hearted and whimsical you're keeping this, it's truly enjoyable to read! Arthur and his mum are adorable and I enjoyed their interaction, though I think it would be interesting if the whole Chime child idea was expanded on a bit. It's interesting and I don' think I've ever heard of that bit of folklore before. ^_^ The inner myhtology-geek in me demands more, haha!
<3 keep up the great work!

Thank you so much for reviewing! I'm glad you enjoyed their interaction. As for Arthur's sight, we still don't have some answers, so it will definitely be investigated further.

and Gawain!! baawwww I love how you incorporate other characters in the story, even the flying mint bunny!
Can't wait to see how the story goes :) As much as I would love to see Arthur's mother meeting Alfred, I'm curious as how the rest of Alfred's pod will react when they meet Arthur.
Hope you are well out of your writer's block. Thank you for the update!

Thanks so much for reviewing! I can promise a meeting between Alfred's pod and Arthur, but you'll have to wait and see how it goes!

I enjoyed writing his mother and creating her, so I'm glad you like her as well! And yes, the pod dynamic is a ton of fun as well, then again I am such a fan of the Nordics.
You would be right in assuming that. The merpeople are kind of traditional, and generally they have to 'give their blessing' for a marriage or reunion to occur, hence Berwald and Tino running away from their pods. And for now indeed. XDD
YES. YOU CAUGHT THAT. I love putting little canon parallels in. As for the burger... well. ;)
Lastly, awwee thanks. That scene put warm fuzzies in my head, so I'm pleased it did for you as well.
