I'll admit that when I first heard the premise I was skeptical, but I like that you retained their basic characters even though they switched "species." It also makes me nostalgic for the early chapters of the series. I'm really curious to see where and how far you take this story, for example what roles will Kikyou, Sesshoumaru and Kouga play, if any? Will they have to run after jewel shards? I'm really excited to find out!

Thanks a lot for the reply! Yeah I agree it's a premise to be skeptical of. There are a lot of ways it could be done wrong. I hope I succeed at it though, and I'm glad you're enjoying it so far!

As for other characters- Kikyou and Kouga at least, will play big roles in the fic. You'll see about the rest. :)
