I think he was provoked into attacking. Or at least that's what the police report states. He didn't throw the first punch but he got a slap on the wrist and he acted in self defense.

I know, antis should be abolished but all good bands have anti-fans. I know, I completely agree with you. Why waste your energy demoting when you could just ignore? That's what I do.
