Did anyone else have to think of Twilight after watching "A Good Man Goes To War"?

After knowing that River is Amy's daughter and knowing that she and the doctor would fall in love one day, I couldn't help but think of Bella Swan, who's best friend Jacob fell in love with her baby! xD

Nope I didn't, and still don't really. Considering they are nothing a like at all and the falling in love with someone's daughter has been done lots of times before, very unoriginal. So I don't see it at all.
and Doctor who has always had the odd song, it just stems from older episodes.

Yeah, the Doctor fell in love with adult River first. He definitely didn't imprint on her as she was literally being ripped from Amy's spine-broken body via sparkly vampire.

Heh, same. Except I also wanted to be able to anticipate the terrible delight of watching the last two movies - the new trailer for which makes me think that the torture of reading the damn thing will be worth it for the epic LOLs in the movie.
