I used to be charged with slapping the wrists of folks who mis-used the email system at my $emp. My messages were along the lines of: You messed up, We know you messed up, No we didn't tell your boss or HR, next time we might...

One of the regular things that showed up in my violation traps was "porn for women" which usually had pic of a hunky guy with no shirt or less (but no nudity) doing housework.

One women responded asking why it was a violation?
