Money transfer from US to Russia.
Oh jeez this moneybooker system is stupid....we actually were able to upload funds to the account
by using a credit card, and then we go to pay you and it confirms that you are a registered recipient,
but then when I try to send the money it indicates that payment between US customers and international
customers is prohibited!
