Medical Info: Looks perfectly healthy, if not a bit frail due to his pretty and pale complexion, but is literally rotting on the inside. His psyche and sanity is slowly deteriorating with the rot, and if I age him up(his aging down), his body will have shrunk into a child's, along with rotting marks on his skin.
Physical traits: Super pretty with long long long hair and a thin face. Wears occasional make-up, it doesn't actually matter he's just as beautiful without it. Can be found wearing different types of uniforms, loose clothing, various affects of leather, belts, gloves, hats, extreme bondage high heels. Always wears a spiral earring in his left ear. If his wings are out, usually they will be the normal two wings but occasionally he'll have THREE of them out, which is a sign of The Inorganic Angel.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything except if you want to stir him up: his own beauty being superficial, calling him a monster, certain mentions of God, Alexiel... etc.
Abilities: Rosiel has a buttload of abilities up his sleeve, and I'll list a few of them here:
✖ Rosiel can use time magic and slow down and speed up time at will.
✖ If he feeds someone a piece of himself, he can take complete control of them and create someone into being his puppet. Usually this is done in the form of a pill, and is possible because he's the Inorganic Angel.
✖ He can control anything inorganic like computers, cars, hack into messages, extract and download data/information into himself, read minds by simply touching someone, and pretty much steer and control any inanimate object, etc.
✖ Create replicas of himself, possessing others (usually through his pills), possessing computers and other inanimate objects and create illusions.
✖ Rosiel bleeds like everyone else, but can instantly repair himself, and reject pretty much any poison he's infected with, destroy anything unfamiliar to his system.
✖ Rosiel cannot die, in a sense. You can cut his head clean off his shoulders and he'll come back to life instantly. Kira cuts him literally in half in the manga, but he just... pulls himself together.
✖ He can teleport.
✖ Rosiel is a horrible cheater and game breaker. It's a default for him.
✖ Can create higher levels of angels out of low level ones, as proved by his creation of Katan.
✖ Elemental control, like the weather.
✖ Wires. If you're infected with his influence, if you've taken his pill, you'll find yourself ridden with loads of these creepy wires. It's also one of the first things Rosiel uses if he's attacking/capturing/detaining someone. Wires = you should probably try running.
✖ I guess it's an ability to be mistaken for a woman as well. It's happened more than once.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: For spiritual, he'll ping super holy angel of holy, but there'll probably be something OFF by his holy for the super sensitive people. In regards to psychics, I'm not so sure you'll be able to see much of his mind unless you're one of the Gods, in which there'll be... a lot of downspiraling thoughts about Alexiel/sisterrr, his own decay, BEAUTIFUL CALL ME BEAUTIFUL, Katan Katan Katan, sister hates me :(, murderous thoughts... etc.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: SURE but talk to me first /yes/yes
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Anything goes. He doesn't mind returning any type of physical contact. May or may not have harmful effects for the other party involved.
