I've yet to speak with the boy named Roxas, who I was told was the landlord of the Latimir apartments, but I've found a suitable room to use on the fifth. I believe it's the last room available. Everything needs a little patching up, but nothing I can't handle. If there are no objections with my stay there, then I'll be moving in in a few ( Read more... )

I think someone picked up that room recently, actually! List! And taking into account the ones that have been claimed through the comments I don't think there's anything on that floor anymore, sadly D:

OH BUT!!! The character in 414 dropped recently! So if you comment there showing them the drop and claim that room you should be good?!

I commented for the last room in the fifth floor, but if that gets rejected, then I'll just go for that room instead :D Thanks for the heads up! Ffff. Why don't I ever check that community ;3;

Yes. I've heard it's not official, but he is the caretaker of the apartment.

Ah, well that makes sense, he and Axel've probably been there longest.

Funny how you sort of wander into the landlord gig here.

It's probably the only thing worth doing here, if you can't contribute to anything else.

So after all that, you're still holing up at Latimir, huh.

Well there's not much 'natural' about the disasters around here, unless falling satellites and exploding ghosts and Chimeras and Reavers are natural to you. But anyway...Good luck with all of that.

Holing up is such a negative word. But I'm afraid I require the use of their power for what I'm planning to do. In any case, the room I'll use in Latimir will only be used as a sort of office. Laboratory, if you're nit picky with definitions.

Oh, quite natural indeed! Thankfully, I have yet to encounter such events. But the erratic nature of such cases is exactly why I'm appealing for two rooms.

Oh. So you're a scientist.

Well there's no rules that say you can't, as far as I know.

...Officially, no. I've long since moved from such an occupation. I'm in the military in my home world. Lab work and the like is more on the lines of a distant hobby that I've recently found the time and use for.

Wonderful. The task may be harder than I previously thought, however, as many rooms in the apartments are already occupied. I have another idea, but...it needs more time before I execute such a plan.

In all honesty, I'd rather have absolutely no sense of style than to inherit yours.

If you're setting up at Horton, don't bring any of those disasters with you.

I'm fairly certain that that isn't possible.

Meaning don't drag some psycho killer with you.

I'm not acquaintances with any person of that sort, so you have no need to worry.
