40 dAys and 40 Nights...

Hypothetically if you were asked to give up something for 40 days, what would YOU give up? I need to give someone some guidence as to what to give up... Shes not doing too well so I figured I'd be helpful and help the needy. So far, shes got horrible ideas(j/k lol
