Holiday Party

The dean had her holiday party today and I went because of free food...or at least free chocolate and cookies. Cookies are lunch, right? I did find out that I might be in trouble in the spring. I might be shy of the contractual credit hours because I'm usually over in the fall and it carries over. Apparently my sabbatical carries zero weight. Ugh.

Never heard of the one by Ana Gasteyer but man it's been YEARS since I heard the one by Michael Johnson

I had not heard of Ana before last year, but her song 'Nothing Rhymes With Christmas' was playing over the gas station speakers and I looked up the album ('Sugar and Booze' - and the title track is fun too). It has some good, original Christmas-time songs along with newly styled versions of a couple of classics.
