Nothing like a surprise Open House to keep everyone on their toes, though some forewarning would have been considerate if not down right expected. I understand there was an issue with our guests wandering around freely into personal office spaces and being a general nuisance. Pity, I certainly didn't have this issue. I wonder if it was the

Oh? Could you not work? What a pity. It was ever so quiet over in my offices and waiting room. Could have heard a pin drop...

Don't worry your pretty self Unohana-san, I've had years to perfect my tuning out of useless prattle. I do worry though, for it to be so quiet off in your normally bustling department would imply that perhaps the need for as many employees in that division is not quite necessary. Perhaps this is something we shall keep our eye on in the future?

The recent 'failure' you refer to would not have been prevented even if all the money in the company had been directed towards technical support.
The only way that may have worked is if said money was paid directly to the perpetrator not to have tampered with the systems (aka bribery). But even still that would not have been a guarantee... after all not every unscrupulous person is swayed by money, just certain individuals.

Whatever the cause behind the instability of your division, it is quite unacceptable that you cannot take responsibility in your failings, instead attempting to blame the occurance on the perpetraitor when in fact it is something that should have been avoided and the system better protected, which falls under the blanket of your duties.
If there was indeed some mysterious person out to get the company, why would they bother with such an insignificant department, hmm?

There is no 'instability' of technical support, as a division. As a working unit we function. What occurred was merely an opportunistic event, such as occurs in some of the most major, and seemingly secure, organisations throughout the modern world. In addition, I do accept responsibility willingly, and have informed Yamamoto-sama that I will comply with whatever is his decision on the matter.
I think you would be surprised it hasn't got anything to do with profit, for one thing..

I've yet to seen valid proof of that fact. What happenes in other organizations or companies does not happen here. The failure or event as you like to phrase it, should have never been allowed to happen. Your willingness to comply does not help as it came after the debacle.
Lack of a profit is indeed an issue. A useless division as such, especially when it cannot even do the little that is required of it. I look to be amazed then.
