I could teach you a few simple katas, if you'd like. Even something as simple as increasing your running speed.

Is a kata like a sword? At least, do you poke things with it? While running? But running quick might be good! I 'ave pretty okay endurances! Don't get tired at all!

A kata is a succession of movements, basically. If you practice them often enough and commit them to muscle memory, you'll be able to act quickly and without having to think.

My muscles aren't too good with the memory, but I can do my best to think for them!

...Y'really have time to help out with something like this? You must've been busy the past little while.

Good.

I wouldn't have offered if it wasn't. Is there any particular time of week or day you'd prefer?

Would be sneaky if you had offered, an' been like "nope, no time", so I'm glad you're not a sneaky-type.

...Maybe Wednesday? I'm not so good with the times, so any works for me!

[Have a snort. He kinda wished he was the sneaky type every once in a while.]

Wednesday is fine. A couple of hours before noon.
