Streets near McGill University flooded AGAIN [2013.01.28]

I'm laughing so hard, in my few years of being a student at McGill University, there hasn't been just one flooding but TWO! That's right, you read it correctly, TWO!!

The last time there was a flooding was back in September 2011 [ HERE] when one of the water main broke and this time it was another water main that broke that set it off.

OMG! so flood isn't only happen in my country -___-;
last week flood stroke my capital city, jakarta. several people died. and some area at Jakarta still in flood until now. it reached 4 meters O__O!

thank goodness that Surabaya not flooded.. but everyday starts at 3pm, storm comes. everyday -__-a extreme climate change, indeed...
