fight or flight

when do you stand and fight? when do you just take flight?
when does the continous feeling of not being noticed give way to just giving up and going?
what are the points that give one strength to stand and fight?
where does the courage come from, to do either path?

It does take courage to change the status quo. I don't know what to tell you except it comes from within. For me, it involves acknowledging that there is a problem, getting more information/insight, analyzing probably outcomes based on various actions (most a variation on the fight/flight theme), and then analyzing the outcome of doing nothing. After that, making things right for me/whoever I am acting on the behalf of becomes much easier.

Know your heart, the path will show itself.

My lord woman you have a way of saying just the right thing to me when I need it. Thank you

I took my lumps and I am stronger. I also let go of past incidents that I was holding against someone and got on with living.

Thank you for reminding me to act like the grown-up that I am.

HUGS to you!!
