I can think of a few more:

"Oh, I love it when Chance rubs her mane into a massive tangle!"
"I really love it when the donkeys get a gate open and get (in the backyard, outside the fence, into the stables)"
"Feed prices are up again, yes!"
"Chance looks SO much better when she's just rolled in the mud."

With the amount of mud Banner and Chance and Aries have caked on themselves, hugging any one of them right now might feel like hugging a cactus :P
