The turkey -- totally delicious. The olive oil and herb rub really made it. Even my mother liked it. The carcass is now bubbling on the stove in the process of turning into soup ( Read more... )

Thanks! It was quite delicious, and the leftovers were great, too -- moist and yummy even two days later!

Moms of slashers, I think, have some kind of recessive slash gene that they may never have been consciously aware of, and yet...

My mom and dad and I saw Toy Story in the theater, and over dinner, my mom tentatively asked me, "Did it seems like the two toys were kind of... gay?"

I choked laughing.
