Sorry for spamming but this totally deserves its own post.

Back when Christopher Moore's book You Suck was published, I remember that he did an interview where he said he changed something in his books because he watched "Buffy" and "Angel" and Joss had already done something similar. Cue me being happy because hi Chris + Joss = happy Lizz. ( Read more... )

Christopher Moore is my second favorite author EVER (second only to JK Rowling) and he's friggin' hilarious. The books he writes are literally laugh-out-loud and they're clever and chock full of awesomeness. Bloodsucking Fiends and You Suck are his vampire books, and they rock, but so does everything else he's written, including Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal and A Dirty Job among MANY others. I highly highly highly recommend his books to pretty much everyone.

You know, I think superfrayed mentioned him to me a couple of months ago and I tried finding his books and FAILED. I'll look for them again. I remember the title of his vampire book. :p

Of course he likes Andrew. The only other answer I can imagine from him - based on the two books of his that I've read so far - would be Xander.

It's awesome that he wrote you back.

omg that is awesome! i started reading the lust lizard of melancholy cove the day before yesterday (i'm guessing) and after it i only have to wait for barnes & noble to get in a copy of the stupidest angel-- then i'l have no more christopher moore books left until the next one gets published. i'm kinda sad, but whenever i get too sad, i just pick up a dirty job and giggle to myself.

omg i'm trying so hard to get people to read these books. i should just bother them until they give in,right?
