This is already all kinds of fun. Xander in jittery Bond mode was well realized, and when he opened the door on Logan I nearly screeched. I love the idea of Trina as vamp bait, I wonder how that's going for the poor vamp...

This is getting very exciting! I really like this bit:

Why did James Bond never look like he was even the tiniest bit nervous when he did things like this? Why couldn’t Xander be that cool? He tried to channel Bond’s suaveness but all he could think was Shaken not stirred, a thought that told him a lot more about the state of his own stomach than it did about successful stealth.

Xander is so cute! Well done.

I had to grin when I saw who the object of their search was! I also liked the moment when Xander approaches Veronica and automatically thinks she's going to pull a stake out of her purse. He knows better than to undersestimate tiny blonde girls :>

Thanks! It's very fun to have them trying to rescue Willow Trina! I'm glad you like Xander thinking Veronica might pull out a stake, it was fun to note the similarities (and differences) between her and Buffy. *g*

Poor Xander, having to go in alone. Vampire partners are a little inadequate under certain circumstances!

But I'm sure this will work out well....

I'm curious whether Logan was just being super-ironic with his 'all the gin joints in all the world' line, or if he originally thought Xander was someone else.
