Wrapping up another year

I'm working on getting an apartment uptown in East Harlem. I absolutely love it, but I haven't signed the lease yet. I'm hoping my roommate gets to sign it today, and then I can do it soon, as well. It's the best apartment ever, and for a really great price, too. Pretty much the same amount I pay to live here. You know what they say about
