Wow, the first time I've really logged back onto LJ for weeks and this is what I find. I have to admit, this is the last push over the edge for me: I'm finally going to branch out from LJ. I'd name-reserved my username at GJ and IJ, but I'd held out from replicating my content there or requesting an account at Journalfen because I still had hope

I'm not sure what the new Russian owners named themselves - are they still named 6Apart? But yeah, the new managements (both of them) have definitely not been for the better. People have been talking about how Brad's original pie-in-the-sky promise couldn't have lasted anyway, but still. *is disappointed*

Yeah, I remember how some on my flist actually locked down their LJs when they heard about the new Russian owners - Russia being the censorship heaven that it is. I thought it was overreaction at the time. And well, while this new development isn't censorship, it certainly seems like bad business - all of which seems aimed at having LJ share the fate of the golden-egg laying goose.

Forums sounds like fun - I haven't done that in ages, but I might try that out again. (Are the ones you're on fanworks orientated?)

About the Ogata/Yeongha, I have to admit it was your Yeongha/Hikaru story request that spawned it. But for some reason the O/Y pr0n is coming out easier than the Y/H - and I have the Y/H all planned out too! *weeps*

I hang out at animeOst forums. Music as usual; and the occasional graphics contest, since the comms I participate in Lj suddenly died. =( The other forums I mostly stalk, because of the free dls. :X

hehe...Superman/Batman....or would that be Batman/Superman? (Somehow I have the feeling that it's Batman that'll be on top, regardless of Supes abilities...*g*) Though I have to admit, I've been in the Smallville fandom so long that my mind is having a hard time moving around the Clark/Lex ship. ^^;

But those golden age scans of the Bat/Supes panels you have on your LJ were hilarious. They weren't even trying hard to hide it. *^____^*
